The club leads and coordinates tree plantation campaigns jointly with Rotary Districts 9111 and 9112, as part of Rotary’s seventh area of focus.
On 25 July 2026 the club planted out Patel Park itself, in front of the District Governor. Trees and flowering shrubs went into the beds and the verges along the road, planted by members on their knees in the grass rather than by a contractor.
