Rotary Club guiding principles include the Four-way Test (Truth, Fairness, Goodwill, and Friendship). Other principles involve Rotary's commitment to Service above Self, which is channeled through Five Avenues of Service: Club, Vocational, Community, International, and New Generations.

As a global organization that operates in nearly every country in the world and deals in 29 currencies, Rotary takes stewardship of its funds seriously.

Our money is spent on life-changing, sustainable grants, as well as programs and services that support our members' transformative work. We have invested $3 billion in thousands of projects over the past 100 years.

91% of the funds are spent directly on programs, which is very commendable.

Mr. N.G. Patel & Mr. D.S. Mirani- both Industrialist and Philanthropists decided to form a new club at Palm Grove Estate. They were joind by reputed professional in Dr. Alexander Thompulos and Rotarian Dr. M.D. Shoga. Rotary International granted the charter on 30th June,2008 and the club came into exisence. First meeting of the club was held on 8th May,2008.
